How to Book

You can book service by:

  • Submitting a request through our website

  • Calling or texting our business number

  • Emailing info@solidfix.co

We’ll confirm availability and provide a quote before scheduling.

Minimum Service Visit

All service visits have a minimum number of hours. The minimum will be communicated at the time of booking.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
Deposits are applied toward your final invoice.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Apple Pay

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

Additional Work

If additional work is requested during your appointment, it will be added to the final invoice.
